I reinstalled and lost my account. Your identity key lives only on your device and is not backed up to us, so reinstalling creates a fresh identity. This is intentional, and it is not recoverable.
Do I have to pay for anything? No. Every feature is free for everyone, there is no paid tier, and nothing is sold in the app or on this site. Donations are voluntary and unlock nothing.
How do I stop a recurring donation? Use the billing-portal link in the emails Stripe sends you. There is no account area on this site, deliberately.
Take my name off the supporters page. Email us and it goes.
How do I delete my account? In the app: settings → delete account. This permanently removes your data from our servers and your device.
Both halves are published, so a question about what the app or the server does with something can be answered by reading it rather than by taking our word.
